What We’ve Done
Women & Child Welfare
We partnered with the Women Development and Child Welfare Department, Government of Telangana, to digitize nutrition delivery through their Integrated Child Development Service (ICDS) program. This initiative serves over 2.5 million beneficiaries—including pregnant women, lactating mothers, and children under 6—across 35,700 Anganwadi centers.
Our platform automated inventory, shipment, and beneficiary attendance with biometric authentication, QR code validation, and smart reporting tools. By digitizing approval workflows and providing real-time data to administrators, we brought end-to-end traceability and streamlined service delivery, reducing inefficiencies and ensuring transparency at every stage.

Civil Supplies
Statwig also digitized the Public Distribution System (PDS) in Siddipet and Jangaon districts. Working with the Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation, we implemented a real-time traceability system for rice bags using RFID scanners and QR codes, which provided continuous visibility of food grains from procurement to last-mile delivery.
The result was a more resilient food distribution network, improved inventory accountability, and reduced leakages—a template that’s now ready for statewide or even national adoption.
